Sing Song Yoga is an innovative childrens yoga program that uses original children's songs, sung to familiar tunes, to teach the poses. Each pose has its very own song. The children learn the simple songs, which supports them in moving through the poses. You can choose to "Play All Poses" from the menu or can play one section at a time by choosing: "Standing Poses," "Sitting Poses," or "Floor Poses."
